The giraffe puzzle is made up of a wooden frame with rounded corners and a carved outline of a giraffe in the centre, allowing the various joints that make up the frame to be placed inside. The joints are made of wood and hand-painted, and all have knobs that make it easy to grip the parts and to observe them properly, as well as to facilitate fine motor skills in the hand. The manual activity favours sensory memory, grants opportunities for experiences that foster curiosity and the desire to know. The puzzle provides scientific knowledge, in this case related to zoology, supports the development of language, facilitates the study of the giraffe, fundamental to recognise and name all the parts of its body.

All the material is made of birch wood, the knobs are made of beech wood. Useful for initiation into the study of science, particularly zoology; for exploration and knowledge of the animal world.
