The kit is designed to allow the child to work in complete autonomy and discover, in a simple and pleasant way, the scientific characteristics of the gigantic reptile, so fascinating for boys and girls.
The puzzle is made up of a wooden frame with rounded corners and a crocodile silhouette carved in the centre, which allows the various joints that make up the puzzle to be placed inside. The joints are made of wood and hand-painted, and all have knobs that allow an easy grip to properly handle the parts and to facilitate the fine motor skills of the hand. Manual activity favours sensory memory, allows for experiences that follow on from real activities or stimulate exploration of the environment. Interlocking allows the provision of scientific knowledge, in this case related to zoology. It supports the development of language and facilitates the recognition of all parts of the animal.
