The mini flower puzzle is made up of a wooden frame with rounded corners, in the centre of which is carved the shape of a flower that allows the various joints that make up the puzzle to be placed inside. The joints are made of wood and hand-painted, and all have knobs that make it easy to grip the parts and to observe them properly, as well as to facilitate fine motor skills in the hand, so that the writing instrument can be picked up. The manual activity favours sensory memory, allows opportunities for experiences that follow real activities or stimulate exploration of the environment. The puzzle provides scientific knowledge, in this case related to biology, which helps, in addition to language development, to recognise and name all the parts of the flower: stem, calyx, pistil, corolla.
