The kit is designed to allow the child to work in complete autonomy and discover, in a simple and pleasant way, the scientific characteristics of the plant.
The puzzle is made up of a wooden frame with "soft" rounded corners and a carved plant shape in the centre that allows the various joints that make up the plant to be placed inside. The joints are made of wood and hand-painted, and all have knobs that allow an easy grip for proper handling and observation of the parts and to facilitate fine motor skills in the hand. The special grip of the knob also introduces the child to the correct grip of the pencil. Manual activity promotes sensory memory, allows for experiences that follow on from real activities and stimulates exploration of the environment. The puzzle provides scientific knowledge, in this case related to biology, which helps, in addition to language development, to be able to name and recognise all the parts of the plant: leaves, branches, stem, roots.
It consists of:
- plant puzzle
- presentation e-book
- mute control map
- tags for plant parts
- classified nomenclature (silent and spoken - 9 x 11.3 cm).
Handcrafted product made in Italy with certified raw materials.
Recommended for ages 3 and up. The frames are hand-painted in green (leaves), brown (branches and stem) and light brown (roots), with environmentally friendly, Ecolabel-certified Luxens water-based paints. The base frame is painted in light blue and brown to distinguish the ground level. The knobs are made of beech wood. Useful for initiating the study of science, particularly botany, and for exploring and respecting the environment.
