Large button frame

The large button frame is a useful game for developing independence. It is made up of a square of birch wood with rounded corners, and on its two sides, there are two rectangles of fabric on the left and right that can be buttoned up. The game is intended to help children to dress themselves, with the loom you can reproduce the whole series of complex movements that need to be performed to button up. The aim is to provide the child, or the adult who needs to rehabilitate this type of movement, with the means to practise safe hand movements. The frame facilitates useful exercise in wrist movement, eye-hand coordination and fine motor skills. The game responds to the child's need for self-reliance and independence.
