Interlocking geometric shapes - circles
The geometric shapes joints of the circles consists of a rectangular birch frame, with "soft" rounded corners, which contains three slots and their three circles, hand-painted in blue, graduated from large to small. The joints are fitted with a beechwood knob to encourage gripping, manipulation and, above all, the right finger movement; useful for initiating writing. Being able to observe and touch the shapes stimulates the tactile-muscular sense and helps the memory and the eye in the perception of shape and size. The shapes can be reproduced on paper by tracing the outline with a pencil. The game allows self-correction, stimulates motor skills and finding the right position for each piece encourages the development of attention and concentration.

Interlocking circles
Interlocking circles is a game consisting of a basic frame containing three grooves in which three light-blue circles are placed: one whole, one divided into two parts, one divided into four. Using this material, the child can manipulate the figure, learning first by sensory means and then also by name, the parts of the circle in its entirety and in its first divisible parts. From a very young age, the child "absorbs" the shape and becomes able to recognise it in the surrounding reality. Proceeding by trial and error to find the right position of the joints to make up the circle helps with problem solving and exercises eye-hand coordination.
