Pythagoras theorem

The square constructed on the hypotenuse is equivalent to the sum of the squares constructed on the side pieces. This material represents three cases of Pythagoras' theorem. In the first case: 2 sides of the triangle are equal; in the second: the sides of the triangle are in the proportion of 3: 4: 5; and in the third: the general case (the Euclidean proof).
